Some advanced enforcement, monitoring, integrations, and automation features are on our roadmap and are not included unless specifically stated in your plan or agreement.
How onboarding works
From the first conversation to recorded work at your sites.
- Sales conversation and trial scoping. Sites, gateways, instruments, who needs access, and what success looks like.
- Organization created. HartBeat sets up your organization and its first administrator.
- First sign-in. Your administrator receives sign-in instructions, sets a personal password on first sign-in at core.hartbeat.app, and lands on the dashboard.
- Invite the team. The administrator invites people and assigns roles; each receives their own sign-in.
- Connect a site. Your IT/OT team installs the connector beside the HART-IP gateway. It needs outbound internet access only; the destination details come with onboarding.
- Discover instruments. Register the gateway, test it, and run discovery to build the inventory.
- Work and record. Technicians run remote sessions with their usual tools, and every interaction lands in the audit trail.
